A "certificate of live birth" can have names changed on it including a child's birth name, and birth parent's names. Even a modified date of birth can be on a "certificate of live birth". This occurs frequently for adopted children where the birth parent does not want the child to know who they are. The public has no idea who Barry's real birth father is or who Barry's real birth mother is. (Barry could have been adopted by his mother) The original birth certificate is the only legal vital statistics record of a person's birth parents, birth location, birth date, etc… I can get a "certificate of live birth" for a dead person; I cannot get a birth certificate of a dead person without "Deceased" on it. (I've tried) There is no evidence Barry Soetoro ever lawfully changed his name to "Barrack Hussein Obama". There is no proof Barry Soetoro was born with the name "Barrack Hussein Obama". I'm willing to bet the name "Barrack Hussein Obama" is not present on the real birth certificate as Barry's birth name or as Barry's birth father. I have pictures of me with my mother and Jimmy Buffet… that doesn't make him my father even if I start using the name Jimmy Buffet.

Notably, President Obama borrowed without asking the first word of Mitt's "Change begins with us" slogan in 2008 and now has stolen the rest for 2012.

By inaugurating what could be the first $1 billion campaign in history so early, Obama has gotten the jump on a scattered GOP field reluctant to take the plunge and hits the starting line months earlier than George W. Bush did for his 2004 reelection bid.

OKC Bombing -- still with us

In one interview, on May 26, 2005, "Nichols declined to identify John Doe #2," the FBI reported. "Nichols advised John Doe #2's name had not been mentioned during the investigation and, as a result, he feared for his life and his family's well being should it become public." In an interview the next day, "Nichols declined to provide any significant new information. Nichols advised he would pass a polygraph examination," the FBI reported. A month later, though, Nichols told a U.S. congressman during a prison interview that "he did not know 'John Doe,'" the FBI reported. Nichols told the congressman someone else was involved but would not name the other person at this time, the FBI also reported.

Know the Enemy

There are few people who have done as much damage to Israel as Richard Goldstone. While the report did not itself cost lives, it will cost lives because it places Israel, and Israel alone, under threat of war crimes charges in the future based upon defensive military actions when facing enemies who deliberately hide among civilians. It is no coincidence that Israel preemptively has released a list of hundreds of Hezbollah weapons depots and bunkers spread among civilian areas in Lebanon. Israel knows that when Hezbollah eventually unleashes its tens of thousands of missiles against Israel, the U.N. and international community will demand that Israel not attack the civilian areas from which the missiles were fired. This is one of the legacies of the Goldstone Report. Allegations of war crimes simply have become a tool in the arsenal of the enemies of Israel, providing both international pressure and military advantage. So how curious it is that Goldstone writes an update to his report in The Washington Post, which while not quite an apologizing, backtracks significantly on his prior Report. The Goldstone op-ed truly is an amazing example of international law gone wrong; how misguided attempts at moral equivalency merely reflect on the absurdity of the anti-Israel campaign around the world.

Spiritual Matters

One of India's best-known spiritual leaders, famous for his apparent miracles and long list of influential followers, is on life support in a southern hospital, officials said on Tuesday. Satya Sai Baba, 85, who has devotees in more than 100 countries, was admitted to a hospital funded by his organisation in the town of Puttaparthi with lung and chest congestion on March 28. His condition has since deteriorated and he is now on a ventilator and is receiving kidney dialysis, the most recent health bulletin from the hospital said on Tuesday. He remains "critical," although his "level of consciousness has considerably improved" and his vital systems are "stable", said the update from the Sri Satya Sai Institute of Higher Medical Sciences. [his "level of consciousness has considerably improved" … always a great thing to say about a guru.]

The debris is from a Chinese satellite that was deliberately destroyed in 2007 as part of a weapons test. It's projected to pass within a couple miles of the space station. It's possible the risk of a collision will diminish. If that happens, the three station residents won't have to close themselves off in the Soyuz spacecraft.
