Blessed St. Monica, who prayed her son St. Augustine into heaven, intercede for us for our wayward sons, who have strayed from family, from safety, from responsibility, from God, and bring them by your benevolent care and your influence with our Divine Assistance to the safety and care of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, who knows our deepest love and desire for our sons and their well being. Save them through no good works of our own but by the merits of Your Holy Body and Blood, and bring them to Your Peace, which surpasses all human understanding. With every faith in your intercession, we believe you can save them. Through Christ Our Lord, Amen.
