I try to tell people the following but no one listens to me because what I'm saying makes complete sense and is contrary to everything they've heard so they just null what I say from their memory. But # of cases is completely irrelevant and is no more of an indicator by its self than the color of people's shoestrings. Here is an example: (pixie will puke over this so no line feeds sorry)

# of cases (period 1: 50, period 2:51, period 3:52, period 4:53)

Here's one more slightly important bit of information: (period 1:100 tests, period 2:1000 tests, period 3:10000 tests, period 4:100000 tests)

So number of cases are increasing oh no!! What's the sample % trend? 50%, 5%, .5%, .05%

Without knowing how the number of people rushing out to get their self tested changed the # of cases is useless info. Positive normalized to total tested only matters

Herr Doktor Fauci is now ginning up fear about another variant, the Lambda variant, I was just reading.

Lambda first appeared in South America, and according to new Jap paper, nicely evades the neutralizing antibodies generated by all our wonderful vaccines. Spike mutations, you see (coronaviruses mutate their spikes like mofos, a well known fact for many years).

An actually Chicoms may be responsible for this. Peru and Chile used a Chicom vaccine, dubbed "Sinovac", which is pretty shitty -- even our vax fanatics will tell you Sinovac is shit. It's likely Sinovac contributed to the selection pressure that produced lambda.

Your vaccines are what's driving the mutations. Well, the selection thereof to evade the stupid S-protein only antibody flood the zone stupidity called "vaccines".

You know what the viral mutation don't evade so easily? Natural immunity. It doesn't pay any attention to the spike proteins. It goes for the N-proteins. They are generally conserved against mutations. Your own immune system knows a thing or two about fighting coronaviruses, 'cause it's seen a thing or two over millennia of natural selection.

Yes, safe and truly effective vaccines that went through years, decades of development and testing. You seem to think "vaccine" is just one thing, that all vaccines are the same. THey are not. You know how long it took to get the chicken pox vaccine to market. 20 years.

Oh, and read about the polio vaccine development. Lots of fuck ups along the way. Decades. Oh, and do you know that until 2000, the US used two polio vaccines. The IPV and OPV. The former was non-sterilizing (That's the Salk vaccine). The latter is sterilizing (that's the Sabin vaccine).

Why did they do that? Because using a non-sterilizing vaccine in the midst of active infection is stupid, and puts pressure on the virus to evade. Why not just use the sterilizing one? Because there was about 1 - 3 chance in a million the attenuated virus could become non-attenuated and cause paralysis in the children it was administered to. The IPV would stop that.

After 2000, about 10 years after there was no measurable active polio circulating, did they switch to just using IPV. That gives long term immunity, even though it is non-sterilizing.

I'll just leave this link here showing the crappy little disposable one time use masks shedding fibers like a mofo and once again say that I suspect we'll see a big increase in fiber-related lung cancers in ten years or so because people are wearing the same mask for 8+ hours a day, every day a week, for weeks at a time.
