Never mind the 120 rockets in four days or the 50 further rockets this evening, including 17 Grads fired at the city of Beersheva; or that since the beginning of 2011, 1,100 rocket have been fired on Israeli targets, 797since the beginning of this year; or that a staggering 5274 rockets have been fired from Gaza at southern Israel since 2006. … Never mind the fact that this current round of violence started when an Israeli Defence Force jeep was attacked by an anti-tank missile, wounding four IDF soldiers. Never mind that Hamas have hidden rocket launchers under civilian homes in Gaza, thus once again turning the Palestinian population into human shields.

Florida based restaurant boss John Metz, who runs approximately 40 Denny's and owns the Hurricane Grill & Wings franchise has decided to offset [the costs of Obama's Affordable Care Act] by adding a five percent surcharge to customers' bills and will reduce his employees' hours.

Who is minding the store? Everywhere we look we see the rank incompetence or corruption of the people who are supposedly running our country and our major institutions. Let's hope that responsible reporters at Obama's press conference today ask the right questions Americans deserve answers to. [Hahaha! "Responsible reporters" -- that Sarah! What a sense of humor!]

I'm getting a feeling that both the Obama administration and the loyal opposition are concerned about an economy that they know is ready to screech to a halt in 2013.That’s why they are pushing the fiscal cliff story so hard with their known associates at the Congressional Budget Office. Certainly they know what the Fed knows; the Fed that has said it will keep interest rates at sub-zero until evolution produces men who can produce hundred dollar bills via extra sensory perception. The Fed, you see, is gravely concerned about the next year’s GDP outlook. And they should be.

Google is set to begin covering a cost that gay and lesbian employees must pay when their partners receive domestic partner health benefits…. The increased pay is largely to compensate these workers for an extra tax that heterosexual married couples do not pay.
