…Got 4 Prime ribeye cap steaks from Costco. Salt, pepper, 4-5 min each side in hot cast iron. About 10 min in a low oven, then back in the cast iron to finish them & baste with butter. Served with mushrooms sauteed in the pan drippings, garlic parmesan asparagus, and mashed potatoes.

Yum. Best steak I've ever had, if I do say so myself.…
