A 16-year-old Afghan has been arrested in Munich as an accomplice to Ali David Sonboly, the young man who went on a killing spree on Friday before committing suicide. The Afghan is thought to have assisted Mr. Sonboly in his efforts to entice people to the McDonald’s before the shooting, and investigators believe he knew about the attack in advance, but failed to report it.
