Oort: "I know I'm rather far out here (by a light year or so) but did anyone understand this at all?"

Works best of you imagine it set to music with choreographed dancers.

I have decided writing

was a waste of my time. Lesson learned.

Now to tediously return to the more readable front page.

Why does Pixy hate commenters?

Soona: "TX and OK need to start the process of secession very soon. It's the only way freedom will survive. (And TX needs to de-annex Austin in the process.)"

Can we grab just a few counties from SE Missou? Brother lives over there. And maybe Caney, KS. It's a nice little border town.

Sealing the border with Colorado and New Mexico could be tricky.

Hey, I caught up to my own message... from over half an hour ago.

_____

Should I be concerned that I'm actually reading and understanding what panzernashorn is writing this morning? Usually, I... go into a fugue state a paragraph in. It's me, Panz. I'm most often just just glad somebody writes comments that make my own TL;DR's look relatively concise by contrast!

I like videos in the morning threads.

I don't watch 'em.

So it takes less time to deal with the post and I can get right to the comments!

HAHAHAHAetc

Made the mistake of glancing at Drudge on my here.

Top of the radio news last night on Fox and CBS-WBBM, and this morning on Drudge. Really, people? A stupid lawsuit because of a drunk makes Perry the world's #1 news story? The LaughingStock Media I understand, but, et tu, Matt?

Big ol' tip of the webworker top to Ace for the videos. The only sensible news source: an ugly, clunky-tech blog run by an ewok.

Morning, Glories. "Present!"

Now to read what y'all've said.

how the f does one email the Ace?

Searched front page in f'ing vain, but I have been known to miss the f'ing obvious.

I wanted to compliment his top five countdown post. and thank him for the hilarious f'ing drunk DA vids.

Indictment of Perry, top of the news on Fox top of the news on CBS-WBBM radio at midnight cdst . F you CBS, f u Fox, f the corporatist, f the communists, f the jihadis in particular, and anyway just in the name of fairness, f u, Perry, you RINO in conservative cloth.

Okay, that last one may have been overboard. I don't have a .238 BAC, though.

Probably.

"Don't ruin my career, bro!"

Hi and probably good night, Gracies. I didn't get my nap this day, and its been an extra long one.

News you can use - 51st & Lewis in Tulsa is open again.

I highly recommend the comment on this page.

Well, depends on where in Tulsa you're talking about, because it's got the er, um, all kinds of bars.

But I think I know the ones IowaHawk means.

Speaking of folks like Dorcas, daughter tuned in yesterday to read Vic links and saw what she said was the most horrible message from somebody named Mary. After I quit laughing, I tried to explain Cloggenstein and Blumline. "Mary" has put out some harsh stuff lately.

Wonder how many folks see such posts and get freaked. Need programs. Can't tell trolls from socks without a program.

Dorcus, I sense you've received a shipment of fresh herb from Colorado. Unexpectedly potent? Maybe lay off commenting until you get used to it.

"Heitmann said Friday that both died of natural causes. Tromsoe police said on Twitter there was 'no crime' suspected in either case.

"China won the men's title and Russia won the women's title in the biennial chess tournament."

Would Chinese or Russians slip something causing 'natural' death to opponents just to win? Nawww.....

Opera user, Opera mini on this android cell sometimes just closes on its own for no evident reason. Not often enough for me to give up on it (yet), but annoying. Yestermorn, it closed, but had all the tabs still when I re-opened it. A minute later, crashed again, and forgot all the tabs.

I have used Opera on the desktop for ages, and got mini for the cell because - reputedly - they could share bookmarks & other settings. That never worked, and then Opera went Chrome and dropped all its attractive features.

Getting time to change browsers again. What. a. drag! Why do all the good programs die young?

Comment faster, people! Lurking is boring when I'm caught up (finally) and the board is moving slowly. Don't make me have to get up and get on with my day! Or worse, leave some long diatribe of my own! You want to avoid that!

Diatribe(tm) - for excessive ennui. Ask your doctor. From the makers of Likeaplan.

Vic: We have had couches, driveways, and now
lawn chairs. Do any of the morons know of any other inanimate objects that have been humped in public?

Hadoop: You forgot to list toaster!

RWC: Umbrella hole in picnic table. Car exhaust.

Didn't get as much kicking around on here as couch or toaster, but, some time in the past year... mailbox.
