Sunrises, newborns, fresh morning blog threads.
"New" fades immediately, but inspires hope beyond its time.
Don't have any newborns.
Sun is 'way up, already.
....
I don't think I'll make it to the morning thread... sigh!
Hey, I know a great gag. When the new thread goes up, nobody comment. Think the bloggers would notice?
The Day The Blog Died
No more posts, ever. just this thread, growing into the thousands... a virtual Hell....

Glad you liked it. You had me scratching my head a second, as I wasn't aware what the year-ago doodle was. Some of my pix, like that abstract, are just goofin', but I've had a lot of fun learning new digital 'painting' tricks in the past year. On my no-longer-supported decade-old art program!
this is like the crowds waiting for the doors to open on Black Friday.
Dang! 1/4 of that last 100 already. And still no morning thread.
Can't remember when I last fed cats before the morning thread. But they say it's time.
The blog... eet ees broken?

Now, I swear I saw him chewing gum and... no. wait, wait... he wasn't walking.
#900? That's a pretty good ONT run. If we hurry, us morning stragglers could push it over 1000.

Did anyone check under the sofa?
Of course, that might require a hazmat suit.

Thanks for the ONT, CDR M. Just what I needed at the end of a kind-of strange day.

Scroll down for the painting of Jesus as envisioned by the girl Akiane, next to a painting by a nun based on the Shroud.
(The nun's painting seems a bit closer of a match than the from-the-Shroud image I had earlier used to compare with Akiane's painting. My rambling blather:

At least we still have Lot-a-Burgers. (No relation.)
