Carol, banned IP notice in my case is just one of the local cell tower's IPs to which I sometimes get assigned, I figure. Many-months-old rare problem. The reboot that usually works is, walk into the Faraday room where reception ceases. After that, it picks up a fresh IP.
Someday it may bother me enough to ask a Cob to un-ban it.

Ditko and Kirby and other greats provided content, but the Marvel cohesiveness, the spirit, the meme, was Stan. What a character! What a salesman! And not too bad a writer for the comics of the day. And still a cornball.
