Searching this page for 'vet,' I note that capitalization of the short form ('Vet') would lessen confusion with 'veterinarians.' :

Aside from military and veterans, what has been 'shut down' that is in the proper purview of Constitutional goverment?

Every thing I read about (and so much more, of course) seems like a laundry list of agencies and activities for a Real President or Congress to shut down permanently, handed to the state's, or, more often, citizens.

Best of joyous moments to backhoe & Crazy Cat Lady of the Island, however many moments you get together.

I don't know what this comes from, but, hey, I just saw that episode of Dr Who yeaterday!

I have checked the Top Tens for the week, and I don't appear to be on either one. Unless I'm 'a' - I might've munged a nic - but I don't think so.

My weekend vanished with practically nothing accomplished. I'm sure it has to do with the shutdown.
