Just saw the ONT ran over 1000 comments. Heavy!

Appreciable quantities of solar radiation are spilling over the horizon. Soon the carniverous horde will demand their daily appeasement of crunchies with a dab of canned fish. Staving off destruction.

Obviously, I got nothin' today. Plus feeling lost without a morning dose of Viclinks.

Wash DC ought to be a Mental Illness Free Zone. -slippery when soothsayer

Would be hilarious if it weren't so painful.

Karl Wendell Richter (October 4, 1942 – July 28, 1967) At the age of 23, Karl Richter had become the youngest American pilot to shoot down a MiG over Vietnam. -Wikipedia

Had to look him up. Thanks again for the birthday lists, Gran.

I didn't serve. I was 2S then won the lottery repeatedly while 1A. But I remember the years, and some things bring them back, in strength. I was never "anti-war," despite powerful Jesus-inspired pacificm, but I have a special hate for wars that waste the best people without the drive to victory. VN was so horrible!

What would he have to do to be brought up on charges? -FenelonSpoke

Before he quits getting away with everything, I believe you have to have a bureaucracy, Congress, and courts, not to mention electorate, as thoroughly intelligent and patriotic as the current entrenched state of stupidity and socialism.

Me in the morning, bringing the hopeless.

Listening to the coffee pot gurgling... maybe I'll be hopeful after coffee and sunrise.

But it will be a complete unmooring from America as founded, if we are not at that stage already. - J.J. Sefton

The. way you can tell whether we are not at that stage already is by the howl that goes up when he does it.

(listens to crickets)

Good morning, folks. Where's my coffee? Where's my sun? Where's my Constitutional Republic? but mostly for now coffee...

I don't know the song.

My daughter's sitting here singing it, though.

I might just not know it from how it's being portrayed.

MO: I am not going to Brunai. What are you thinking?

BO: Yeah, and they hate me in Indonesia now.

VJ: I think I know how to cancel your trip and spin it in our favor. Mwah-hah-hhaaa.

MO: Mwah-hah-hhaaa.

BO: Tee hee.

I think Churchill was the one who said that "If you're not a liberal at 20, you have no heart. If you're still a liberal after 30, you have no brain." - Brandon In Baton Rouge

I would not be a liberal when young
For fear of being conservative when old.
-Robt Frost
or am I remembering that backward?

In personal charitableness, generous liberality.
In self-government, ruthless conservatism.

I don't believe in ghosts. I might allow some kind of residual forces leftover from people. We don't know everything.

I don't think I would want to step on the graves of millions of World War 2 veterans. The mortal living are not the only one POd right now.

"She quietly crept out of the house without even saying good-bye which was a good thing because when I got done with SCOAMF, she was next." - jeannebodine

This has got to be happening increasingly everywhere. i keep hearing Breitbart saying, War.

Speaking of which, Thanksgiving at Mom's just might go nuclear after decades of Mom-enforced deténte. Tell you a secret. Alcohol can cause some folks to lose a few degrees of self-control. And some folks don't need much. I don't know how often I'll be able to escape to the back porch or the piano. Talking with the next gen is always a joy, though. /ramble

Brother Sefton, I hadn't actually read your whole list for a while. Is 'malignant medical mandates" relatively new or had I just forgotten that one?
