The headline contains the words "Overnight Open Thread," but underneath is, apparently, one of those random verbiage spews by the "Ace" 3000 word producer software (©Pixy). Notice that, barring the first sentence, it clocks in at exactly 1200 words! (And with a Flesch grade rating of 7.6, although Bomuth rates it at 8.9.)

I don't know which is more astonishing, that the cob loggers didn't prevent this spillover from the daytime "filler" posts into this important arena, or the seeming fact that several commenters appear to have actually read that wall of text.

I... I guess I'll have to go read it, too, or I just won't know what y'all are talking about. Not that I ever do.
