I have several interrelated stories which revolve around the historic use of the term 'Tigger' (with an N). One is the Black kid in college who got on my case for frankly telling one such tale. Later, we were fine, but I still clearly recall him telling me at first (after telling me to say the word repeatedly, and I did to his face with a smile), "It sure sounds hateful when you say it." (Bob, where are you today?)

That even on Ace of Spuds one ought use asterisks or substitutes is a horror.
