Was he guilty? It was tough judgement call. Came down to ethic punk v a'hole cop after a sports game. We split the charges, but kinda wish we'd applied a little more burden of proof and said not guilty on both. Something happened, we couldn't be sure what. Word of a cop still better be believable. And it wasn't even a big crime, but someone's fate was in our hands.

Good lesson that even the best trying their best can only judge humanly. But we must.

At least she had no real agenda and would go with whatever the rest finally decided. 11/12ths of what I'd want judging my case.
