Egad. Sorry. I see how I was unclear. "Waste of time" was meant to refer, not to the effort at self-promotion here (mine or yours), but rather to the content of my site. Self-mocking humor fail.

Dodgeball? Pshaw. We had a pool and this semi-inflated rubber ball we always used for ball tag. Easy to grab and throw really hard, harsh to get slapped with when wet, and my brother could really make that thing sting from all the way across the pool! Still feel it fifty years later.

I had some probs as a kid (got over them), so, I wasn't the LAST guy chosen for the grade school baseball team, but that was because of the really dumpy kid with the bad haircut (you've seen him on the Simpsons). Funny thing I found out about being chosen next-to-last. You end up on the better team.

Back up a ways, "can't believe nobody reacted to..." saw it. But, man, if you come here for the strokes of reply, you will be frequently disappointed. Some of my best stuff sputters at the ends of threads or falls in the midst of some outburst of argument and nobody says, yeah, that was funny, or shut up, a$$hole, even!

But, yeah, that was funny.

The White House today announced that it has completed the merging of the Bureau of Revenue Enhancement (formerly the Internal Revenue Service) with the Department of Tobacco, Firearms, Explosives, 3-D Printing, Alcohol, Heroin, Cocaine, and Cinnamon. The new organization will be known as the "Master Operating Bureau."

The first act of the new Bureau was to enact new regulations forcibly enforcing the felony bans on private income, nicotine chewing gum, and use of the words "Texan" or "Jesus."
