When our firstborn learned to undo the diaper cover closure tabs, let the diaper fall to the floor, and then pee on it, we knew it was time to start potty training. How do you do that with no diapers?

Firstborn: cloth diapers (diaper delivery is the greatest gift a new parent could receive). Those diaper covers with Velcro closers beat pins!! Plus, above-noted feature. Then we had twins; we tried cloth at first, but quickly gave ourselves the landfill-disposable multiples exemption from eco-correctness with no regrets.

Doesn't matter if newspapers are dying or not. For that kind of Koch walking-around money, buy them up, close the print shops down, sell off the machinery for scrap, write the whole thing off. Businesses do this all the time, gobbling and cannibalizing other businesses and spitting out the bones. Result? All those rags are gone sooner rather than later. Koch can play with the websites, which oddly enough are, and will continue to be, on an even playing field with any other person or group who can afford a domain name and figure out an anchor tag.
