Wife insists Graham and McCain were just trying to make up for earlier statements about not letting this attack hold up the immigration bill, but ... I thought there were so many right things in that statement... either it was a joke (which I didn't think) or ... maybe I'm missing something.

Back during the election, I got in the habit of doing YouTube playlists. (List in nic link.) In the political playlists, I would add the rare, relatively shorter Alex Jones clips, mostly for humor value. Didn't care much if it reflected badly on me; I link to all kinds of things. Jones is like the evil twin of the LaughingStock Media: you still have to parse the rare truth out of the piles of crap, but sometimes that truth is out there.

However! After the InfoWars kid at the earlier Boston presser, and apparently now again, I have dropped TheAlexJonesChannel from my subscriptions and will not link to them again. It's not funny. I don't care if the whole thing really was "a false flag," or whatever, they're 'way out of line to do this kind of thing.

Just wanted to make that public notice.

O/T, the vid of the TX explosion from a car with a kid passenger? I slowmo'd the explosion for study purposes (or just to go "gawww!") so you don't have to frame-by-frame it yourself. Also stills. Link in nic to a page on my site.

(And I really, honestly, duh! didn't think about it before uploading, but being a hot news topic, the YouTube upload had 30 views in about two minutes. This will throw my average one- or two-hits-per-day YT analytics completely off.)

Speaking of which, watching Boston vids, the response of folks (esp in uniform) to the bombings was like that plant explosion, if that's not too weird a metaphor - as said above, sudden and immense. People still pull together in a crisis.
