The envelope, please. *RIP* And... #133 gets the award for best screenplay and best acting for his memorable performance as a concern troll. [golf clap]

Siiiigh! Ricky, Ricky, Ricky, you got some 'splainin' to do.

Forgive me for replugging my own vid, but it's my only simple little snarky political vid. Plus, it's on-topic.

I've been trying to figure out if this guy, claiming she is his recently-ex-gf, is real, but it kind-of has that flavor, and in any case is amusing.

And here, we see The Rest of the Story, after the classroom. Listen for the sizzle of the taser.

This fellow's take is also amusing.

Y'know what I've been finding?

Skipping all the messages that begin "lao says"? Easy.

Skipping all those Moonbatterers baited by the troll? Not so easy.

Isn't there an old expression, feed a friend, starve a troll?

Jus' sayin.

Removing the articles as a courtesy, a nice holdover from more press-controlled times, at best, but when a search shows hundreds of thousands of repeats of the articles and the Utah Data Center isn't fully deployed yet, it's rather hard to spike it.

Press or no press: The Obamas' parental judgment, apparently as poor as their wisdom in all other fields (save self-aggrandizement)! Their disdain for leading by example in full evidence (in thumbing their noses at the State Dept warnings)! Their disinterest in the welfare of their dutiful guardians (putting in danger the Secret Service agents, who would be taking a bullet for little MAO), much less the cost to taxpayers!

One's inner Alex Jones suspects MAO has been set up as a sacrifice for a number of fast and furious causes. Callous as all hell, such thinking, but the Narcissist's ethics, morality, very humanity, have been so demonstrably, perpetually absent, one could imagine that scenario.

About the timing of the earthquake, now, that may require one's inner Art Bell.

166. 137 T. K. RYAN retired and brought Tumbleweeds to a conclusion (after a 42-year run) on December 30, 2007.

42 years, and that was five years ago? Whew. I remember when it began. It harked to F Troop, and was refreshing and funny until the gags started cycling formulaicly. I think that was week #2, the formula Davis later employed with such success. /snark

Uncle Josh made me look up clowder.

Messed up the HTML on that message, leading to this follow-up:

166. Uh, boy, did I mess up that post (166). :[

And then this one:

221. And re #166, of course I meant Uncle Umpy not Josh. SHEESH!

And then this one:

222.
And by #66 I meant #166. Crawling back into lurking bag and crying myself to sleep 'til the next century.

It's Uncle Lumpy, but I gave up there.

WOMAN ELECTROCUTED BY MALFUNCTIONING HAIR BRUSH

Hadn't thought of that. With the "endless band of vulcanised india-rubber," I had more of the picture of an accident comparable to accidents with jacuzzi drains or escalators!

Re the cow-wash: On the next ranch over, they hang a rusty barrel on a rope and the cows scratch themselves against it. O'course, they're eatin' cows, not milkin' cows. Maybe don't have the same standards of happiness?

A good attorney would argue that the evidence was obtained illegally - no warrant!

IANAL, tadchem, but I would think that this is not an issue. The cops didn't go looking for it (warrant needed), they were presented with it cleanly.

Nice work by Bristol.

Speaking of advertisers who dumped Rush, anyone got a suggestion for an alternative to LegalZoom?

And as long as I'm shouting into yesterday's room, after having read more comments...

1967: Assigned Moby Dick as summer reading (summer reading? new idea to me!) before starting new hoidy toidy prep high school in new town -- miserable time in my life. Not only didn't finish it, the first chapter induced narcosis that lasted through college with the first chapter. So I really appreciated this.

1980s: With some effort, read Moby Dick over several weeks. Good story. Appreciated the writing.

Winter, early 2000s: Re-read Moby Dick, couldn't put it down. Kept waking the wife up late at night with my guffawing.

Must be an acquired taste.

Day late, didn't read all the comments (so if this was said already, enh!), but I gotta say it...

You can't fool us! That is NOT a 21-foot long croc! It's just another one of those cases of Elrodian Forced Perspective (EFP) where geese are larger than cabins and racoons could trample people!

Only have a moment to dash off accumulated thoughts from the weekend's readings.

SoS! Waitaminnit! Who's Hummingbird? I must've missed a post. And I'm a bit confused: after the IT guy winkingly put in the cool new system, did that one get trashed? My family is following this, and depending on me to mine the information. Did you present the engine to the autoshop fellow?

About civil war beards, check out the officer in the upper-right of this picture: http://bit.ly/zBm82F
From a great set of Civil War pictures in the Atlantic: http://bit.ly/FV8Tgw [h/t m'cuz BD for the link]

Seems there was somethin' else. Had to do with breasts or guns or something. Oh, well, it'll come back to me. Good night & carry on.

Here y’go, perfesser:

“For me as a Christian…” Jesus said to raise taxes.
http://youtu.be/m15UdERiEbs
[I believe Jesus' actual words were, "Render unto Caesar that which is Caesar's. Now more. More! MORE! MWAH-HAH-HAAH! IT'S ALL CAESAR'S!!"]

“I came to know Jesus Christ myself, and embrace him as my Lord and savior.”

[Um.. No comment.]

Surely this was already noted here at MB? Bears watching again: B&M O'muppet, looking outstandingly plastic and uncomfortable, wish you a Hollow Christmas, contrasted with the Mufti in Chief's Ramadan message.

108 ... painful ... besides the phony repetition of the same phrases ... to hear the Great Orator sprinkle his speaking with 'uhhhs" and double-clutches....

I thought, maybe, the SCOAMF is trying to appear spontaneous, you know, thinking this stuff up on the fly. Imprompter. Impromptuer. Okay, that didn't work.

Or he's pausing to listen to the implant telling him which country he's in now.

I'd earlier seen this version someone posted, editing it down to just the Obama bits: http://youtu.be/JiJ0j6qjo8w

At the Soule Road School in Wilbraham [Taxachusetts], St. Patrick‘s Day has been replaced as the name for the school’s celebration surrounding the popular holiday. It’s been replaced with the generic “O’Green Day.”

No relation to the band O'Green Day.

Also class, trust Teacher, it's a fairy tale that O'Green drove the ants and worms out of Puerto Rico. Now drink your kool-aid.

Hiya! Have you seen this? (Can one embed vid here?)

President Obama, I am not a Racist, Uncle Tom, I am an American
"I am tired of the American liberal media allowing their employees to create a framework of calling us racist and uncle tom. We are Americans too that love this country and want her to succeed."

He's not the world's most powerful speaker, but acts natural; doesn't seem to be using a teleprompter. :D

Water won't help you with hydration!
We all get fat each inhalation!
First H2O, now CO2!
Water and air aren't good for you!
Studies prove you should do neither,
but you're not good for Nature, either!
Don't breathe or drink! You save a whale
Each time you choose to not exhale.

Whew! :D
