How do they find each other?

He found not just one but two women to go along; first woman found another guy.... I'm always amazed at how seemingly easily perverse types can actually find one another. Even pre-webz. Does this speak to some kind of like-attracts-like chemistry, or the shear breadth of immoral impulse in people?
