Interest in Ed's book?

Some time back, parsed over three mornings, I think, I posted an excerpt from my Uncle Ed's book, War Stories. He was in the Red Circle Division (71st) in Europe in 1945. I chose a passage with rowdiness, booze, and odd encounter with a superior, thinking that would be a good one to share with the morons.

I had zilch response, so I just assumed there wasn't interest in my posting more, but, considering the day, thought I'd fish.
