Yeah, thanks, freaked. That is my dream setup / long-term goal, especially since my current desktop is an XP box from the last millennium that chokes on 1080p videos.
Would that my chaotic life were settled and everything was in one spot with a big ol' net pipeline, then what you suggest would be right, but for now, power with portability is an issue. The Asus seems a compromise within in my current limited price range. (And you know compromise, nobody gets what they want. Such has been my long-term "lifestyle.")
