Refreshing a Picture

MTF: Very strange but the picture only is half-viewable for me....

At a guess, you're seeing a partially-downloaded picture, and even when you refresh the page, it's pulling the pic up from cache.

Try opening the picture by itself in a tab, then refresh that, and see if it doesn't fix it on the blog page. (How to do that? Don't ask me; it's your browser.)
