Stuck on Stupid, aftermath
Just read thru some of the comments about SoS.
Hey, *I* joked a couple times about him making up Wolverine and things like that. While *nobody knows* who's who behind online IDs, I didn't realize there was any real question (or care) about the authenticity of it.
I've been doing online intercom since BBS and CompuServe, and it all rang true enough for me, but I pretty much accept people as what they say they are unless I have a good reason to believe otherwise. It was a good tale, with plenty of human interest, and I wondered what happened to 'em. I hope my jokes didn't contribute to making SoS or Hummingbird (real or not -- grin) feel unwelcome.
