Wilted kilt

One of my sons wears his kilt sometimes even when he's not going to some faire. No one is going to mistake the big guy for a female. I realize it's a, retro, steampunk, Renaissance, whatever, geek thing. Hey, I appreciate geek; I read comic books even at his age (tho I never dressed up as Spider-Man). My own thought about men in skirts doesn't matter (though I keep thinking of the kilt-lifting scene in Brave), so I don't tease more than once every time he does it. Maybe if he, like, carried a cudgle or a mace...
