X-Rays Don't Show Decay Under a Filling

When I look at my dental X-rays, I feel like that guy, Jaws (wasn't it?) from that James Bond flick.

You know what? X-rays don't show decay under a filling.

I've had one tooth removed - got a bridge, so it feels natural. Couple of crowns. One root canal. One wisdom tooth broke off, dentist was too lazy to put a crown on it so he just slapped some cement in there. (Kidding - I agree with him on hassle v convenience - it worked.)

I just want to keep the ones I've got for, oh, another fifty years or so, or until they figure out how to re-grow teeth, whichever comes first.

So, off to bed, so I can get up bright 'n' early, get my
mostly-painless repairs done before lunch, and thank God I live in America in the 21st Century.

Good night, Gracies. And remember: Difficulties may challenge mediocrity and defeat the fearful, but they only stimulate the true children of the Most Highs.
