Jack spent his early years traveling in a semi. Eventually he settled down with his beloved gal, the webworker's daughter. He spent his last years at the webworker ranchero. A big, mellow cat who got along with everyone, although sometimes he appointed himself the policeman to keep other cats from misbehaving. When he finally faded from the world, he was in the arms of his beloved gal.

I grabbed some candy on the way out the door. It came to $6.01. I had a five, ones, and a ten. The lady behind me in line handed up a penny so I didn't have to break the ten.
As I was walking out the door, I woke up. I didn't have a $400 dollar winning ticket and I didn't have any candy.

I'm reminded of chest pains I used to have. In the heart area, felt like a muscle cramp. Breath got short. I just stopped moving for a minute or two until it went away. Nothing in particular that I noticed that brought it on. Totally random. Think it first happened in, maybe 9th grade? I wasn't smart enough to be worried and didn't tell anybody about it, I just went on. Happened now and then for years. I did begin to wonder about it, as I got older. Should I worry?
Now, I haven't thought about those episodes in many years. Not sure what it was. Possibly related to the upper cervical maladjustment that was causing me several weird and seemingly un-co-related problems. At least, I haven't had the chest pains since I was adjusted.
Chasm, folks are going to love you and worry about you - yes, even you - and you can't help it since you mentioned a potentially serious problem. You know the horde is like that. Best buncha morons in the world.
After avoiding it for so long, I got a copy of the 3-hour Director's Cut of Watchmen, and last week I watched it. (So, I watch-a the watchmen, to answer the question.)
Been so long since I'd read the comic, I thought it might ease the pain. It helped. Was greatly impressed with everything that was adapted directly from the comic. What wasn't - including the whole outcome - sucked. I wanted to send Alan Moore a sympathy card, but I'd have to admit to him that I watched it.

Didn't crash, but... my brother-in-law was driving a semi when he realized he had a bee up his pants.
Grabbed the bee, inside a fold of pantsleg, and held onto that with one hand, steering with the other, until he could pull over.

While I've thought that many times, this is the first time that I also thought, well, maybe it would be best if Trump won instead of Cruz!
'Cause, I'd rather see Trump enduring the raging forces of media and protesters and RINOs and the imploding economy, et al. Not being mean about Trump. I think Cruz is too nice a guy to have to suffer that. Plus, Trump could, just possibly, blow off all of that the way he seems to do with all criticism.
