Half-moon behind thin clouds
Ghostly pallor across the pastures
A muted All Hallow's Eve
before the glorious All Saints dawn
Whar's muh mornin' thread?
Glad y'all are here. Glad CarolT's home. Gladness is okay. Glad for wakefulness. Glad for sleep. zzzzz
I would like to correct my earlier exclamation.
I wrote, 'Aaaaah!' which is the sound accompanying reading Vic's morning news comments.
I meant to type 'Ahhhhh!' which is the proper ONT tone.

Aaaah! Home. Where pants are optional. And, occasionally, so is the net connection.
'mindful, do you yawn when your dog does? vice versa?'

No, but he tells me its time to end the day by clawing at my leg.
Like a stray dog that wanders through your yard I come, leaving a little pile of linky stinks. Say, that reads much worse than it sounded in my head!

Or just mindfulwebworks.com/playlists for all of 'em. Many vids might seem familiar to AoSHQ regulars.
Yawwwwwnnnnnnn. Dog tells me it's time to go to bed. He's so smart.
I had to leave the comfortable confines of stately Ace Manor for a little while. Are we still keeping it light and airy, or have we descended as usual into dark and dank?
I got yer lite & aria ritecheer, a for-fun YouTube playlist, 10 vids, about 21 minutes, if you watched every minute!

Daylight Savings Time is like an Income Tax Refund. Folks who like either one are thinking just as deeply.
Jane D'oh, you're wonderful to be able to talk about things here.
We are not anyone else's parent, but for some of us the military is our collective family. Our sons and daughters. Every one that comes home, we cheer. Every one that doesn't, we grieve. Maybe not as much as our very own, but much as if. Collective survivor guilt that any had to die. Collective gratitude for the heroism, the service, and the ultimate sacrifice. That's why you see the cheering crowds when the troops come home. Or the sober crowds, as it may be, accompanied by Patriot Guards.
When I hear D'oh boy showing his tat at the gym, or giving you a look because you exercise Mom privilege... I'm so glad for you and your family.

He pointed to the Marine tat on his left bicep. Shut her up, it did. -Jane D'oh
I'm glad he's home. Where we need his kind in the war, which, in all its fronts, continues. Even at the gym!

Time for me to lurk/deal with Alleged Reality. Later!
I read the post last night, Mindful. 99.9%l of the people on here then told Joe he should go to the Feds and he did.
So, no response on my #161. Well, not much to say, I suppose.
Well, have a webwork, then.

hi. Caught up to MPPPPPPPPPP's Hollywood tale, but before I go on, I want to note a comment from 'Joe' last night, suggesting he may have accidentally received a sleeper cell activation call in a ME voice re some activity in Times Square next week . FWIW

Hope it's nothing or a prank, or Joe's utting us on, but, odd, indeed. Hope this isn't too 'exciting' for Aceless Week.
If only there were some upright federal bureau of investigation Joe could call, some trustworthy national security agency or even a department of homeland security to whom Joe could turn!
Alas that all such agencies nowadays seem more prone to helping the terrorists than stopping them.
Who y' gonna call? Patriot Riders?
Wish I were joking, 'cause, holy $#!+, Joe! Yow!
