1st of the month is FSA payday

Yesterday, I went to Wal-Mart for the first time in many moons. I hit the Trifecta. Saturday, storm coming, and first of month. Two different employees remarked that the major reason for the crowd was, 1st of the month is FSA payday.
And I noticed, those more expensive, upper-shelf items which I hesitate to buy 'cause they're luxury-priced? Cleaned out. Plenty of peanut butter, but no almond butter. Not saying that's entirely the FSA's doing, but, gotta wonder.
Out of nowhere came a man with a miraculous message.
