Everyone who is sued things, this is ridiculous

"Everyone who is sued thinks as they read the initial papers that this is ridiculous"

The guy who sued me, ended up suing me for half a mil. Seriously. The claim started in the tens of thousands, & just kept climbing. Took only two years, but only because we agreed on a special judge. I 'won' by losing only to the MUCH smaller amount we actually owed and had agreed to in the first place.

My assailant was a serial litigant, also.
