Nothing wrong with dialects. Even for Haitian-inflected ebonia, not a problem. If it's too non-standard, get a translator. But with Ms Mumbles, you need to get an earhorn.

Mom attended a funeral over in SW Arkansas. Friend of the deceased gave a eulogy of which Mom said she couldn't understand a word. Not mumbling. Just that peculiar Arkansan accent, cadence, and idioms.
