online communication
Another long and willowed comment.
This keeps up, it'll start being called webworkered! (Nah, too many letters.)
Wow, y'all must've warmed up on the morning thread - this thread seems to be moving along very rapidly and/or I need coffee.
Since I'm (finally) caught up on comments, it must be time for something fresh to be posted. I'm thinking, trees and water, or maybe a bowl of fruit with wormy apples. Or roses.
Seamus, you sure you weren't accidentally commenting on the end of the previous thread? I saw you left a bunch there.
I did read the whole last thread. Glad it was moving too fast for me to chime in. I might have expressed an opinion with which someone might disagree.
Sugar Plum Fairy - with some IPs, comments appear to post, then vanish. I think that's what happens. I've got a list of AT&T IPs I've have trouble with.
Ha. Just refreshed the page and noticed by the elevator bar that there's lots more comments, and the first comment I read is this:
Testing - Am I off one of the banned AT&T IPs??
If so, Morning Glories!
All my morning thread comments lost, like faucet drips in the sink.
No problem with TinyURL, just with the site.
It worked when I had Plug-Ins turned on and came at it from the plain-vanilla front page.
Oops. Slip away with not from.
Never miiind.

Howdy, night people.
Before I dive into what looks like another meaty ONT, I have an odd shot-in-the-dark question.
I... I think I've caught up.
Now like the dog chasing the car and catches one, I don't know what to do. Guess I'll talk about...

FenelonSpoke, if you're around, ICYMI, I left you a late reply on the last thread.
Wait, wait, I'm still replying to last thread comments.
siiiiiiigh
Ten comments in the time I took to walk around the long block? Did everybody flee to the Library?
Daily, via RSS, except when, like this week, I've been traveling and get a day or two behind as I am at the moment. And I'll add, I always look forward to what you've come up with.
Then I notice the Barnhardt link has already been mentioned and I figure I might'z well go lurk 'til I can get home and stay caught up.
Aaaand... this thread is old. Sigh.
Me: fix mine, too
OMuse: Done.
Ha! I was just kidding, y'know. Color me impressed.
OregonMuse: Argh. Thank you, I've made corrections.
In all fairness could you fix mine, too, since I cut'n'pasted from your post?
Grump928(C) and now Insomniac seem to be suffering the most extreme case of autocucumbering I've ever seen.
Argh! Begone, yesterday's memorial handle!
Back on Opera 12, I would run with javascript off. It was easy to set exceptions for known sites. And I had clickboxes in the toolbar for easily toggling js, plug-ins, and cookies on or off.

Yay. I can finally post. Except, time to feed the pesks 'n' stuff. L8r.
2nd try to say good morning. Encountered yet another blocked AT&T IP.
Morning, Glories, maybe?
Well, how annoying that my comments aren't posting again. Try #4. Hello? Hello?
Well, I've just spent forty minutes, off and on, trying to get a connection that didn't stink. Now it's time to feed the pets. I'll have to get caught up...
