In the Parisian suburb of Vincennes, a man attacked a nurse with a knife and then stabbed a policewoman in the neck before being shot dead by other police officers. The motive for the heinous crime is not known, and there is no information on whether the attacker was mentally ill, bullied in school, or radicalized online.
