One of the suspects accused in the murder of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry has plead guilty to first degree murder charges. Under the plea deal, Rosario Rafael Burboa-Alvarez will be sentenced to 30 years in prison.
Burboa-Albarez was not at the scene the night of Terry’s murder in Arizona in Dec. of 2010; he was in Mexico– the one who recruited and paid the so-called “rip-crew” of illegal immigrant criminals that opened fire on Terry and other agents.
In 2012, Burboa-Alvarez was found living and working illegally in Phoenix and was arrested.…

…And so it goes that commander-in-chief Barack Obama can once again lay claim to having achieved something that no previous president has — gapped the Persian Gulf of an American CVBG. Of course lots of folks will say what difference at this point does it make? It’s simple. We will not have a platform by which we can launch strikes against ISIS — not that they’ve been overly effective anyway, since we don’t have G-FACs (Ground Forward Air Controllers).…

The group says they wanted the statue and remains removed for a long time, because he was a Confederate soldier, a KKK leader and a slave trader. “If he’s gone, some of this racism and race-hate might be gone,” said [a random insane person]… The group told WREG if the process took too long, the could take more drastic measures.…

…"The Congress, the courts, and the president ignore the Constitution we have today and our Founders knew we would eventually get to that point, and they gave us a method… to amend it to keep the federal government limited in its scope and its jurisdiction," Coburn said in an interview with the Washington Examiner.
The method he is referring to is Article V of the U.S. Constitution.…
"Most people don't think about this, but the states created the federal government -- the federal government didn't create the states," Coburn said. "And the supremacy, if you read the enumerated powers, written in the Constitution, it was very limited what the federal government was supposed to have, but everything else was supposed to be left to the states and to the people." …
[Re possibility of runaway convention] Coburn dismissed such fears.
"That's just hilarious to me," he said. "You have a runaway convention right now. You have a president that doesn't pay any attention to the Constitution. You have a Congress that doesn't fulfill its responsibility. And you have a Supreme Court that ignores its own precedents and the Founders' intent. Tell me why that isn't a runaway constitutional convention? That's what's happening to us now." …

…Experts apparently fear that ISIS will use the upcoming “celebration” of the start of Ramadan and the first anniversary of its declaration of a caliphate (June 29th) to spread the joy with some chemical weapons, noting that the group usually reserves its major operations to coincide with the Islamic holy month.
Because the Obama administration has benched itself for the last three quarters of the game, our troops may now face the worst sort of warfare. Had we left sufficient troop levels in Iraq to take out these thugs at the inception, we wouldn’t be facing the prospect of our military personnel — oops I mean trainers — being hit with a dirty bomb.…
…And so it is, just days after Commander-in-Chief Obama announced to the world ten months after first stating he did not have a strategy to combat ISIS, that he STILL doesn’t have a strategy, the White House announces it will send another 450 troops into Iraq as trainers.
No clear guidance was issued other than an intent to train more Iraqi troops. Sadly, we now have a little over 3,400 “trainers” in Iraq and only 2,598 Iraqi Soldiers in training. Of that number there are 800 Kurds and 1798 Shia, and no Sunnis are being trained. Do y’all see the laughable irony? We have more “trainers” in Iraq than those being trained.…
