An Illinois judge on Tuesday dismissed a lawsuit that challenged the eligibility of Republican presidential candidate Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX).

The lawsuit was filed by Lawrence Joyce, a lawyer who challenged Cruz’s eligibility to be president because he was born in Canada to an American mother.…

Dismissed, so I read elsewhere, on a technicality, because Cruz was not properly notified.
