dog
Wait, didn't I say goodnight already?
Fires on the hill.
Birds chirping at Midnight.
Dog barks weakly.
z
* barges into room without looking around *
* pours a brewski from the keg, drinks, belches *
Ahhh.
You know what's really fun?
Anyone who may still be here reading:
NaCly Dog: Corgies summoned.
As we left Ranchero Webworker this afternoon, we wondered whether to go vote first or go drop stuff at the office.
Suddenly, I realize it's been a long day and I'm dog tired.
The actual dog is outside barking and shows no signs of being tired at all.
Home. Dog is out barking at life. I'm inside listening (SURPRISE!) to music from the post.
Just got through the Zappa Stairway to Heaven cover.
The dog is barking into the country night.
The computer refused to produce video in the format I've been using for weeks, for no apparent reason.

Becky: This early Springtime is making me happy! It's glorious outside in Oklahoma!!!
FS - I enjoyed the Biker Saves Abused Dog story, too. I will be adding it to my list of links in a little while.

You have my sympathy, Crank. Nothing as loyal as a good dog. Milady was asked tonight how old our dog was, and she answered, 13, and then realized, no, has to be several years older.
Nice ONT, CDR M. Free of those boring blocks of "quote of the day."
The dog pic at the end, caption, "Hello, will you be my friend?" (h/t Milady)
What I miss most, being on the road, is my dog. Next-most, this time of day, miss my own coffee! (Staring at strange coffeemaker in a friend's kitchen.
Feeding the cat
Track the cat down, they don't come when called.
Sometimes they don't even react when I wave the bowl in front of them.
Just finished reading the dog article. ("I can't believe I read the whole thing!")
An observation.
Ricardo Kill: "What'd you do with the deer, MW?"
Ooo, there's half-a-dozen whitetail right in front of the house.
Double post when I didn't even mean to hit Post. The weekend is off to a great start.
DangerGirl - My dear old dog was nuzzling me just as I read about yours. We're watching a dear old cat fade; surprised he made it through the night.
Four of my family of five spent the afternoon at my mom's, celebrating her 92nd Independence Day. The world she has seen!
I always wonder, when Vic says he has x pages of links. Is that, if printed out? And, how many links in a page, average? what size font are we talking?
A manic bird nearby who doesn't realize it's night
A dog who chooses a night we get home really late to forget what "come inside!" means
VIA, you can blame my dog if you like; he's used to it.
Here's a video of me and the puppies on a wild Saturday night.
