home
Defending the homefront from unwelcome invaders
Home
Where I hang my hat
Home
Where I pet my cat
Home
Where I freely dance
Around the house
without my pants

* transporter sound *
* thudding sound as I materialize a foot above the floor *
I'm back, I'm home, and it's good.
Running water is a luxury.
* steps out of stargate *
Ah, be it ever so humble, there's no place like home, where the dog and the catalopes roam.
* pedals up to the blog, parks old Schwinn bicycle *
Howdy again. Nice to be home, warm home on a cold night.

Oh, home is a good place to be, I say.
If I could, I'd probably be here all day.

Got home. Always nice to see all cats accounted for. Found a battery for the mouse. Can turn off the f#@(*# touchpad. So far so good. Now to fix a drink.
Home again, I can at last
indulge in relaxation.
Alas I made a Holiday
Weekend miscalculation.
Ah, time to head home at last. Short commute, but it takes all day to get there.
I was browsing elsewhere when someone apparently quoted back the whole thread. Missed the whole thing.
...If you lose half an island...
It's Saturday night. I'm home safe. And They can't get me 'til Tuesday. I'll take it.
Home home on the range.
Where my neighbors are all kinda strange.
But I will not be harmed.
Even though they're all armed.
In the country where things rarely change.
Home, with cats, crickets, and adult beverage. Life is okay for the moment.
Home is home, no matter how dilapidated and disheveled.

Before AOSHQ... there was a time before, wasn't there?
I remember being on CompuServe...
Home, where the heart, the hat hook, and the kittehs are.
Got one two of those banned AT&T IPs, apparently. Try #4:
Long day, late getting home. Good to be here. Good to see all the kittehs are fine.
Ah, home. Late. But Home.
Shoes and socks off is a good start. *wiggles toes*
Beverage taking the edge off the day.
rickl: Phrasing?
Um... yeah. Well, now I'm home where I can remove my pants, put my feet up, and enjoy a zesty beverage.

CrotchetyOldJarhead, my wife and I home-schooled our three. Actually, what we tried to do was make them autodidactic.
Peaches - We don't build well, is the sad thing. Big bad wolf blows down our houses of sticks and straw every time. And brick and stone.
A manic bird nearby who doesn't realize it's night
A dog who chooses a night we get home really late to forget what "come inside!" means
There are big home-made chocolate cupcakes in the kitchen. Coffee is brewing. Later, it will be Monday, but right now, it's just morning. And a little bit overnight.
Thank you, Molly k. Don't know that song, but that house really did shape us. It was almost a member of the family.
Thoughts which drive me from my bed, Mar 1:
My older sister's birthday was early Feb. All month I meant to write to her. All month I didn't.

Anything of great import I should know aabout from today's AoSHQ commentary? Had to spend my attention elsewhere, today, alas.
