…What Trump is saying is, if our enemy cuts the heads off of people or drowns people inside cages, then we need to cut the heads off of them or drown them in cages so that we can “compete.” We can’t win if we’re not playing by the same rules they use, and since they don’t have rules, we shouldn’t have rules.
