Oklahomans can't buy alcohol on Sunday. We can't buy alcohol after 9PM. We can't buy alcohol except at alcohol-only stores (which don't allow "party goods," like, say, a corkscrew).

Storms broke loudly at 5am. Got up to let in and dry off the cat who refused to come in last night. The dog demanded constant reassuring petting. So, going back to bed quickly became a non-option.

Sounds kind of nerve wracking.
Driving home, just beyond our driveway, Mrs sees someone walking, Westward, away from us. Near Midnight, country road, pedestrian, suggests domestic quarrel or alcohol.
First thing this morning, I had a fascinating lesson in random chaotic particle distribution.
Drink! That was it. Glad I remembered.
