Where's that from? It reminds me of something Ogden Nash would have written.
The plural of mouse is mice,
a flock of goose is geese,
but more than one house is not hice,
nor a flock of moose known as meese.
Don't like to nag
Not to be rude
But in case no on mentioned
There's finally nood.

"Winter is coming.
Early. OK, more like
autumn weather but
chilly none the less."

I... I got a mention in an AoS post? Not just a mention, but a ditty quoted?
The bucket list is getting short!

Peacefully great
With mood subdued
With pace sedate

Or lurkly look
Leisure learning

The con artist and the robber
will pilfer your worldly wealth.
The virus and the Succubus
undermine your mortal health.
All the Oklahoma Injuns
Were offended at the sight.
An insult to the Tribes, it was
Considered quite a blight!
Fame can be so fleeting.
Fortune can be fickle.
I never sought for fame.
But I would not turn down a nickle.

We gather grumbling at the gates of morning.
Choking on the stale perfumes of overnight.
Coffee! we bring. Doughnuts! we sing.
Open the gates to freshness and light!
Iraq and Mexico, brought to you by the inheritors of Viet Nam. Now with extra kaboom. Not funny.

Once more to plunge
Off the cliff of consciousness
Brain unleashed
Perchance to dream
('Tho never Directed).
Suddenly,
without a warning,
Here we are,
another morning.
Morning, Glories. Today will be swell!
Now and then, I've captured "first"
Such glory fades so fast,
But at least you can't get knocked off "first"
The way you can at "last"

Enjoyed all the talk's talk.
Time to take a walk's walk.
This dumber than a box rock?
Just shaking off my sock's sock.

Have a day, folk!
Thanks, Panz.
"And share the wisdom of my path
With those who'll stick around"
((looks around at empty realm...)) yeah...

The poetic attempt that falls just a tiny apostrophe short of success.
I really can't explain;
I know it was insane
But in this blizzard
we went for a drive.
Funny thing, language. Adaptable. Poetic.
Charlie asleep
So hard in my lap
It's hard to get up
To go ... get mote coffee.

Hi, folks.
Muted shadows cross the pastures
Fog wreathes the woods
The dog still stinks.
Life; it's what's for breakfast.
Greetings, m'good frenz.
I need to re-read, but, that was well stated, except... I think I got it all, except, naturally, that central quote about the horse.
There once was a man from Peruvia.
Who suffered from too much effluvia.
It ran up the walls
And oozed down the halls
"It's art!" he said. "This is my ouvria!"
Our energies are too dispersed.
These threads seem stale to me.
I'm waiting for the race for "first"
on Ace's ONT.
Not here.
Can't stay.
Posted this.
Then went away.
