After avoiding it for so long, I got a copy of the 3-hour Director's Cut of Watchmen, and last week I watched it. (So, I watch-a the watchmen, to answer the question.)
Reading the post: There Is No Good Reason We Can't Make A 'Face/Off' Sequel...
Dear Lord! The only movie Milady and I ever walked out on. We'll... probably miss the sequel!
Piano movers? I got yer piano movers!

HI! HI! HI! HI!
How to Talk About the New Ghostbusters Movie...
Recently watched Ghostbusters again. Still great. Not Blues Brothers great, but great.
Darth Randall: Thanks for the mini-review. Good to know. Been thinking of actually venturing into the theater for it, despite my disgust with dealing with the General Public.
Vic: Hollywood is making another bible based story.
Ah, home. Where pantslessness is possible.
qdpsteve: Easy Rider? ... (b) the ending, besides being a complete downer, is quite jarring the first time you see it.

Started watching Man Who Fell to Earth.

Hey, hi there! Is the ONT late or am I hungry? For cookies and hot chocolate!
Puddleglum: Avatar was a horrible movie. I have never finished watching it. Its just awful.
cth: "I like the HP movies..." Yeah, I have my nerdy gripes about some of it, but that was some of the greatest casting ever!
andycanuck — wow! I thought you were joking about the Yukon permafrost film! Wow!

Perils of Pauline: "originally in 20 episodes; only a 9-episode reduction survives today."
Really? That's a shame. Lost culture is lost. :/
HBD Bob Denver.
We first met Gilligan when he was the obviously-stoned beatnik Maynard.
Edison "imagined his viewer to be a cylinder the size of his phonograph records, with approximately 42,000 images, each 1/32 of an inch wide."
I like Zazu Pitts. Not a great beauty, but a heckuva funny physically comedic actress. And that voice!
Thanks for the background on film editing, MPPPPPP.
Hey, I'm back there in the early one hundreds of comments:, & I won't be reading all five million of them, but hey! hey! nip sip[lb] is it?

"The hook, I guess, is that the illustrations are all just them actually being kiddos and playing around while the story is big and lofty like their imagination.
