Michael the TEXIT #82: Did you finish watching this season's episodes of The Man in the High Castle? What did you think?
No spoilers!!
SPOILERS
Chiming in late on the SF TV comments -
So, off-topic (hahhahahaa)...
In the early 1970s, unaware that "Choice Not an Echo" was hers, I only knew of Schlafly as some lunatic who thought if we passed the ERA we would be forced to have unisex bathrooms, just like we ha
qdpsteve #491: mindful webworker, is Nicole Parker back on the new MadTV?...
* racking rum-soaked brain to remember who was the old series guest on episode #1 *
Watched the 2nd episode of the revived MadTV series tonight.
Hi again. Home again.
Read the first and last 50 comments. Good enough to get the gist of the evening, right? Good ONT, WeirdDave who's gone to bed - close to Maetenloch in depth, breadth, and length.
Watched a comedy that was really strange tonight.
Time Traveling Bong
no good deed #121: ...He just found the Animorph series...
Milady and I enjoyed reading those along with our kids when they first came out.
Because it was discussed among the Moron commentariat, I started watching The Ameri☭ans.
Kooky hate crusaders One Million Moms have set their glassy sights on the new FOX drama "Lucifer," which they claim is "spiritually dangerous."
BTW, the poster I linked to earlier, No One Predicts the Future, was one page out of a month-long series I did as part of my Daily Doodles series (which lasted a year).
FOX offers sitcom about Middle Eastern family in the U.S.
Well, since there's a new thread up, and over 300 comments on this one, here's my semi-off-topic treatise of the week.
Anyone else ever see "Little Mosque on the Prairie"? Canadian sitcom about a small-town mosque with a new, hip, liberal imam. Ha-has included the old hard-core guy on the no-fly list.
The kids in that Roswell series had their secret lair in that same angled-up rock place. Little did Kirk suspect!
MTF: ...watched The Martian last night.
Milady and I watched the first episode of "My Favorite Martian" last night. No Matt Damon. And Bixby never turned green.
mindful webworker 09:54 PM: 45 Should I read the post first, or say hello first? Hmmm...
In briefly, so thought I'd say hello.
Hello.
Finished watching Man in the High Castle tonight. Not to give away any spoilers, but... ptthhhbbbbbthhhh!
Hitler's Action T4: Hey, they even sort of acknowledge us in "The Man in High Castle"...
And the theme recurs in ep8, latest one we watched.
Moral... or is it ethical?... question for this immoral lot:
Is it wrong if I download a bootleg of a show to which I have free access anyway (to avoid streaming)?
I get first for the first time in ages... and no accolades? At least I have the glory. And didn't say "foist!"
Danggit. Thought I had a good copy of the latest Gotham, but about ten minutes in, end of video. Just as it was getting "good." (For certain values of good.)
Only up through ep2 of High Castle. I had heard the premise, as FRJ stated above. But, when I saw it, I had to object to that map. "Neutral zone" was, basically, east side of the Rockies.

Some jokes work better spoken than written.
No Vic.
Sefton's countdown goes 'way too slow.
Bear comic was funny.
I spent far too much time the past couple of days following threads on here. Informative, but time-consuming. So much else I should've been doing!
Just finished watching the 2nd episode of Man in the High Castle. Decided to watch based on what Morons have said about it, and, yeah, it's certainly well-done.
Isn't not hiring a hot nanny the plot of Humans? I only saw part of the first episode.
!!
For some reason, suddenly I want a corn beef on rye sammich.
